SUMO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 240 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP374, RNA5SP273, and RNA5SP86. Each is linked with SUMO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMO1-to-partner and partner-to-SUMO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP374 grouped by SUMO1-low versus SUMO1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUMO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUMO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
