Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUMF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,897 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUMF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRAMEF34P, RNU6-1207P, and RNU6-258P. Each is linked with SUMF2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUMF2-to-partner and partner-to-SUMF2 results are reported.
