Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT6B1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,751 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SULT6B1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, Mitochondrial gene expression, and tRNA processing. Each is linked with SULT6B1 in more than 21 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT6B1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT6B1 results are reported.
