Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SULT6B1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,615 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SULT6B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MESD, E2F2, and PAM16. Each is linked with SULT6B1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT6B1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT6B1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SULT6B1 versus MESD in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT6B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT6B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
