SULT2B1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT2B1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,748 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT2B1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYSMD4, UBE2G2, and SNORD14E. Each is linked with SULT2B1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT2B1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT2B1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYSMD4 grouped by SULT2B1-low versus SULT2B1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT2B1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT2B1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
