Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,865 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT2A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Aerobic respiration, Nucleoside bisphosphate metabolic process, and Regulation of very-low-density lipoprotein particle remodeling. Each is linked with SULT2A1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT2A1 results are reported.
