SULT2A1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SULT2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,459 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT2A1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UGT2B10, UNC93A, and A1CF. Each is linked with SULT2A1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT2A1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SULT2A1 versus UGT2B10 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT2A1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT2A1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
