Across TCGA cell cohorts, SULT2A1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 722 significant associations in total. LIVER shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT2A1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of isotype switching to IgE isotypes, Positive regulation of isotype switching to IgE isotypes, and Lipid homeostasis. Each is linked with SULT2A1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT2A1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT2A1 results are reported.
