SULT1E1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT1E1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,135 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT1E1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3153, MELK, and ZWILCH. Each is linked with SULT1E1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT1E1-to-partner and partner-to-SULT1E1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3153 grouped by SULT1E1-low versus SULT1E1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SULT1E1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SULT1E1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
