Across TCGA patient cohorts, SULT1A4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,890 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SULT1A4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splice site recognition, Regulation of DNA strand elongation, and Regulation of mitochondrial translation. Each is linked with SULT1A4 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT1A4-to-partner and partner-to-SULT1A4 results are reported.
