Across TCGA cell cohorts, SULT1A3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,954 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SULT1A3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Flavonoid metabolic process, Epinephrine metabolic process, and Alkanesulfonate biosynthetic process. Each is linked with SULT1A3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SULT1A3-to-partner and partner-to-SULT1A3 results are reported.
