Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SULT1A3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SULT1A3 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher SULT1A3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SULT1A3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and CESC show a favorable association.

KIRC, BLCA, and KIRP are the cancer types where SULT1A3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
