Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SUGT1P4-STRA6LP RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated SUGT1P4-STRA6LP data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SUGT1P4-STRA6LP RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SUGT1P4-STRA6LP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and READ show a favorable association.
UCEC, PAAD, and LGG are the cancer types where SUGT1P4-STRA6LP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
