SUGT1P3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGT1P3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGT1P3-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE13, RNU6-144P, and RNU6-285P. Each is linked with SUGT1P3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGT1P3-to-partner and partner-to-SUGT1P3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE13 grouped by SUGT1P3-low versus SUGT1P3-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGT1P3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGT1P3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
