SUGT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,525 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7702, MIR4717, and FABP7P2. Each is linked with SUGT1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGT1-to-partner and partner-to-SUGT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7702 grouped by SUGT1-low versus SUGT1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
