SUGP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,773 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PIMREG, SENP3-EIF4A1, and CHCHD1. Each is linked with SUGP2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGP2-to-partner and partner-to-SUGP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PIMREG grouped by SUGP2-low versus SUGP2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
