SUGP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUGP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 58 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFPL3, OR10G2, and FAM47C. Each is linked with SUGP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGP1-to-partner and partner-to-SUGP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFPL3 grouped by SUGP1-low versus SUGP1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUGP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUGP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
