Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUGCT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,084 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUGCT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TLN1_S2162, PPFIBP1, and VCL_S795. Each is linked with SUGCT in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUGCT-to-partner and partner-to-SUGCT results are reported.
