Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUFU protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,890 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUFU-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM3, ACTA2, and CNRIP1. Each is linked with SUFU in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUFU-to-partner and partner-to-SUFU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUFU versus JAM3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
