Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUFU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,434 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUFU-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP295, SNORA10B, and ATP6V1E1P2. Each is linked with SUFU in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUFU-to-partner and partner-to-SUFU results are reported.
