SUFU

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUFU mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUFU-associated genes across cancer lineages are HCRTR2, ASB17, and MMP26. Each is linked with SUFU in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUFU-to-partner and partner-to-SUFU results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HCRTR2 grouped by SUFU-low versus SUFU-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUFU→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUFU) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
