SUCLG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,504 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NFU1, MAIP1, and PHB. Each is linked with SUCLG1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG1-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUCLG1 versus NFU1 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCLG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCLG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
