SUCLG1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,856 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLG1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R18, MAP3K8_S141, and SRSF3. Each is linked with SUCLG1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG1-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUCLG1 versus PPP1R18 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCLG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCLG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
