Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLG1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,597 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBB, PRR11, and ORC1. Each is linked with SUCLG1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG1-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG1 results are reported.
