SUCLG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,531 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMEM225, RNU6-1274P, and FOXO1B. Each is linked with SUCLG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG1-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMEM225 grouped by SUCLG1-low versus SUCLG1-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUCLG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUCLG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
