Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUCLG1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, Lck, and MSH2. Each is linked with SUCLG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG1-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG1 results are reported.
