Across TCGA cell cohorts, SUCLG1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,510 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUCLG1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Blood vessel morphogenesis, Pyruvate decarboxylation to acetyl-CoA, and Extracellular structure organization. Each is linked with SUCLG1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUCLG1-to-partner and partner-to-SUCLG1 results are reported.
