SUB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SUB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,206 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SUB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR70, C5orf22, and HMGCS1. Each is linked with SUB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SUB1-to-partner and partner-to-SUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SUB1 versus WDR70 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
