STYXL1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STYXL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,579 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STYXL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BAIAP2L1, GTF2I, and ARMC10. Each is linked with STYXL1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STYXL1-to-partner and partner-to-STYXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STYXL1 versus BAIAP2L1 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STYXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STYXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
