STYXL1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STYXL1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,700 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STYXL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR4M1, COX15, and NCAPD3. Each is linked with STYXL1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STYXL1-to-partner and partner-to-STYXL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR4M1 grouped by STYXL1-low versus STYXL1-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STYXL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STYXL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
