Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP5L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,271 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STXBP5L-associated genes across cancer lineages are KEL, LINC00972, and RNU1-54P. Each is linked with STXBP5L in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP5L-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP5L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP5L versus KEL in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP5L→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP5L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
