STXBP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,978 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SFRP2, SNX9, and STXBP5_S1131. Each is linked with STXBP5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP5-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP5 versus SFRP2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
