Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,700 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STXBP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are STXBP5-AS1, CREB3L1, and MCTP1. Each is linked with STXBP5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP5-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP5 versus STXBP5-AS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
