STXBP5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,378 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAB2, LATS1, and GOPC. Each is linked with STXBP5 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP5-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP5 versus TAB2 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.69.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
