Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,271 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to lysosome, Vacuolar transport, and Establishment of protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with STXBP5 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP5-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP5 results are reported.
