STXBP4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,360 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are COX11, DHX40, and TOM1L1. Each is linked with STXBP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP4-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP4 versus COX11 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
