STXBP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,919 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO5, HJURP, and CKAP2L. Each is linked with STXBP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP3-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP3 versus FBXO5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
