Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,864 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Zinc ion import into Golgi lumen, Neutrophil degranulation, and Golgi vesicle transport. Each is linked with STXBP3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP3-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP3 results are reported.
