STXBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,468 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SALL1, SLCO1B3, and RALBP1. Each is linked with STXBP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP3-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SALL1 grouped by STXBP3-low versus STXBP3-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
