STXBP2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,768 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCF2, BCL2A1, and IGSF6. Each is linked with STXBP2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP2-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP2 versus NCF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
