STXBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are NF2, Ku80, and PRDX1. Each is linked with STXBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP2-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NF2 grouped by STXBP2-low versus STXBP2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
