Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,914 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytotoxic T cell degranulation, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and T cell mediated cytotoxicity. Each is linked with STXBP2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP2-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP2 results are reported.
