STXBP2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 28 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, C12orf40, and PAPOLB. Each is linked with STXBP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP2-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by STXBP2-low versus STXBP2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
