STXBP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,435 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK9, MPRIP, and CACNA2D2. Each is linked with STXBP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP1-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP1 versus DOCK9 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
