STXBP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STXBP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,275 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, NFASC, and DACT3. Each is linked with STXBP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP1-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STXBP1 versus CNRIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STXBP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→STXBP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
