Across TCGA cell cohorts, STXBP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,113 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STXBP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of synaptic transmission, GABAergic, Positive regulation of glutamate secretion, neurotransmission, and Regulation of glutamate secretion, neurotransmission. Each is linked with STXBP1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STXBP1-to-partner and partner-to-STXBP1 results are reported.
