STX6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,542 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IPO9, KIDINS220, and GATAD2B. Each is linked with STX6 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX6-to-partner and partner-to-STX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX6 versus IPO9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
