STX6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 354 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCTP, RNU2-65P, and APOBEC3AP1. Each is linked with STX6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX6-to-partner and partner-to-STX6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCTP grouped by STX6-low versus STX6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX6→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
