Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,900 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible STX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPRASP1, DHRS12, and CEP68. Each is linked with STX5 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX5-to-partner and partner-to-STX5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, STX5 versus GPRASP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
