STX4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, STX4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible STX4-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN2R1P, ANKRD20A6P, and RNA5SP354. Each is linked with STX4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both STX4-to-partner and partner-to-STX4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN2R1P grouped by STX4-low versus STX4-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (STX4→partner) and Y-score (partner→STX4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
